1This Application, which alleges discrimination with respect to employment, was held in abeyance pending the receipt of an appointment of an Estate Trustee. The Tribunal received a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee without a will, which appoints Timothy Denham as legal representative of the Estate of Linda Ann Denham. Mr. Denham has indicated that he wishes to proceed with this Application.

2The respondents were provided an opportunity to make written submissions about whether the Tribunal could proceed, but advised that they would not be providing further submissions. In light of the receipt of the Certificate and the instructions of the legal representative, the Tribunal will no longer hold this Application in abeyance and it will proceed to mediation.
