1This Application, which alleges discrimination with respect to employment because of sex and family status contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), was filed on July 19, 2012.
2On the same day as the respondent filed its Response (September 5, 2012), it filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings (Form 10) requesting (1) an order requiring the applicant to provide further particulars, and (2) an opportunity to file an amended Response once it had received the requested particulars. The applicant filed a Response to the Request for Order (Form 11) consenting to the relief sought. Indeed, the applicant filed her further particulars as part of her Form 11.
3It is not necessary for the Tribunal to order the full particulars sought by the respondent in light of the applicant’s actions. The Tribunal orders the respondent to file any amended Response within three weeks of the date of this Interim Decision.
Dated at Toronto, this 25th day of September, 2012.
