1This is an Application filed under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination with respect to employment because of place of origin, ethnic origin, sex and age.
2On consent of the parties the preliminary hearing scheduled for September 7, 2012 is cancelled as abandoned without prejudice to the respondents’ right to raise, at the full hearing on the merits, the issues set out in paragraph 5 of the Tribunal’s Interim Decision dated May 8, 2012.
3The parties have agreed to mediation. The Registrar is directed to schedule mediation on a date mutually agreed upon by the parties.
