Introduction
1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended (the “Code”), on March 3, 2011.
2On August 13, 2012, the Tribunal issued Interim Decision 2012 HRTO 1557 dismissing the Application with respect to her allegation of discrimination based on disability. The Interim Decision directed the applicant to contact the Tribunal, within 14 days of the Interim Decision, to confirm whether she wishes to proceed with the remaining parts of her Application, specifically, her allegations of reprisal and of discrimination because of association with someone identified by a ground in the Code.
3To date, the applicant has not responded to, or contacted, the Tribunal to confirm her intentions as directed by the Interim Decision.
4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
5The Application is dismissed.
