1The applicant filed an Application under section 34 of the Ontario Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended, on January 25, 2012, alleging discrimination with respect to employment on the ground of disability.

2The Application identified “Edpro Energy Capital” as the corporate respondent.

3The respondents filed a Response indicating that the proper legal entity is “EDPRO Energy Group Inc.”. The respondents note that the EDPRO Capital Inc. did not have an employment relationship with the applicant.

4On July 17, 2012, the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction requiring the applicant to confirm in writing as to whether or not he consents to amending the Application to identify the corporate respondent as “EDPRO Energy Group Inc.”.

5On July 17, 2012, the applicant confirmed that he agrees to change the name of the corporate respondent to be identified in his Application as “EDPRO Energy Group Inc.”.

6Given the respondents’ clarification and the applicant’s consent, the Application is amended to reflect the corporate respondent’s name as “EDPRO Energy Group Inc.”. The style of cause is amended accordingly.
