Introduction
1This is an Application filed under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination with respect to employment because of ethnic origin, disability, family status and reprisal.
2A hearing was convened on July 26, 2012, and the following order was made by the Tribunal:
On consent of the parties and the proposed respondent Canada Bread Company Limited, Canada Bread Company Limited is hereby added as a respondent to Tribunal File Number 2011-08578-I and the style of cause is amended to Wasantha Perera v. Cathy Martin and Canada Bread Company Limited.
