1This is an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended. The Application was deferred pending a grievance proceeding by Interim Decision dated September 15, 2010: 2010 HRTO 1881.

2On June 22, 2011, the Tribunal, in accordance with its usual practice, sent a letter directing the applicant to advise the Tribunal, within 30 days of the date of the letter, whether the grievance proceeding was still ongoing. The Tribunal advised that if the applicant failed to provide an update, the Application may be dismissed as abandoned. The applicant did not respond.

3In the circumstances, the Application is dismissed as abandoned.
