INTRODUCTION
1This is an Application filed under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination with respect to employment because of colour, ethnic origin and race.

On March 15 the letter was returned to the Tribunal with the notation Return to Sender.
4In all of the circumstances it appears as if the applicant has abandoned this Application and it is dismissed.
