1The Office of the Employer Advisor, Human Rights Legal Support Centre, Ontario Human Rights Commission and Industrial Accident Victims Group of Ontario seek leave to Intervene with respect to the issue of whether the Tribunal should dismiss this Application under s. 45.1 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended.
2The Requests for leave are both unopposed and appropriate in light of the nature of the issue. Accordingly, the Office of the Employer Advisor, Human Rights Legal Support Centre, Ontario Human Rights Commission and Industrial Accident Victims Group of Ontario are granted leave to intervene.
3The Registrar will schedule a one-hour teleconference with the parties and intervenors to address the evidence to be called at the October 2, 2012 hearing and the scope of the intervention.
