1This Application was filed on March 24, 2010. A Response was filed on July 22, 2011. On June 15, 2012 the applicant filed a Reply. By email dated June 15, 2012, the respondent objected to the late filing of the Reply. The respondent raised no specific allegations of prejudice.
2There is no question that the applicant’s Reply was filed well outside the time for doing so. However, with the possible exception of the assertion that the two security officers laughed as they made the statement to which the applicant takes objection, the Reply does not contain any new material facts. Having regard to the Response filed by the respondent, it is not apparent that it will be prejudiced by the late filing of the Reply. Accordingly, the Tribunal will accept the Reply although filed late.
