1This Application was filed on May 26, 2011 under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).

2On March 9, 2012, the Tribunal directed the applicant to provide her intentions with respect to pursuing this Application by March 23, 2012. The applicant did not correspond or communicate with the Tribunal in this regard.

3On May 7, 2012, the Tribunal advised the applicant that her file would be closed as abandoned if she did not respond to the Tribunal by May 14, 2012. The applicant again did not correspond or communicate with the Tribunal in this regard.

4Given that the applicant has not contacted or corresponded with the Tribunal about her intentions, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.

5Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as abandoned.
