Introduction
1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended (the “Code”), on April 3, 2012.
2On April 23, 2012, the Tribunal sent correspondence to the applicant advising that the Application was incomplete and requested additional information to be delivered to the Tribunal no later than May 15, 2012. In addition, the Tribunal directed that submissions be provided by the applicant on whether the Tribunal had jurisdiction to proceed with the Application, to be delivered to the Tribunal not later than May 15, 2012. The applicant was informed that if she did not file written submissions by the required time with the HRTO, the Application could be dismissed as abandoned.
3To date, the applicant has not responded to the Tribunal’s correspondence.
4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
5The Application is dismissed.
