1This is an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended. On September 12, 2011, the Tribunal issued a Notice of Intent to Dismiss to the applicant directing that she file submissions on the issue of delay by October 12, 2011. The Notice stated that if the applicant failed to file submissions as directed, the HRTO may consider the failure to respond as an abandonment of the Application and dismiss the Application for that reason.
