DECISION
On December 7, 2011, the Tribunal issued a Notice of Confirmation of Hearing scheduling this Application for hearing on June 14 and 15, 2012. The Notice indicated that the parties were required to file documents to be relied upon, witness lists, and summaries of the evidence of each by April 30, 2012. This was not done. On May 11, 2012, the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction reminding the parties of this obligation, and advising the applicant that if she failed to do so within seven days of the date of the Case Assessment Direction, the Application may be dismissed as abandoned. The applicant has not filed any materials as directed. The respondent's counsel also wrote to the Tribunal to advise that she contacted the applicant's representative and asked whether she intended to pursue the application but did not receive a response.
Given the applicant's failure to comply with her obligations under the Tribunal's rules, the Application is dismissed as abandoned and the hearing is cancelled.
