[1] The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the *Human Rights Code*, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended (the “Code”), on April 15, 2010.
[2] By letter dated October 14, 2010, the Tribunal requested that the applicant provide certain information no later than twenty days from October 14, 2010. The applicant did not respond to this request.
[3] On January 28, 2011, the Tribunal wrote again requesting that the applicant provide certain information within a further ten days of January 28, 2011 and advising that if the applicant failed to respond the Application might be dismissed as abandoned.
[4] On April 26, 2011 the Tribunal wrote once again to the applicant warning that he must confirm whether he intended to proceed with the Application within ten days or the Application might be dismissed as abandoned.
[5] To date, the applicant has not responded to any of the Tribunal’s letters.
[6] In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
[7] The Application is dismissed.
