1Pursuant to the Minutes of Settlement and the Consent Award dated March 23, 2011, this Application is withdrawn as against SEIU Local 1, Kristen Agrell, Ron Collie, Brad Philp, Ron Roscoe, Sharlene Stewart, Barbara Rankin and Dana Randall with leave of the Tribunal.
2If the applicant seeks to pursue the Application against the remaining respondents she shall file, within 28 days of the date of this Case Assessment Direction, an updated summary of allegations outlining how she alleges that each of the respondents violated the Code, and specifying how she will make a link between their alleged actions and the grounds she has cited. If she fails to do so, the Application may be dismissed as abandoned.
3The Tribunal will give further directions after receiving the applicant’s summary. The respondents need not take any steps unless directed to do so by the Tribunal.
