1On March 22, 2011, the individual respondent filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings to amend his Response, and on April 7, 2011, the applicant filed a Response, which consented to the Request. The organization respondent did not file a Response to the Request.

2In the circumstances, the individual respondent’s Request is granted. The applicant may deliver to the respondents and file with the Tribunal a Reply to the amended Response by no later than 14 days after he receives it.

3Given that the parties have indicated a willingness to participate in mediation, the file will be placed in the queue for scheduling a mediation in this matter. The Tribunal will deal with any other outstanding preliminary issues, if necessary, after the mediation.
