1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), on July 30, 2010. The respondent Ministry filed a Response on November 17, 2010, and the respondent Toronto Community Housing Corporation filed a Response on November 19, 2010.
2On March 21, 2011, the Tribunal issued a Case Assessment Direction which stated as follows:
By letter dated December 23, 2010, the applicant was directed to Reply to the respondents’ argument that the Application is premature and to explain why, in her submission, any change in benefits or housing would constitute discrimination because of disability or receipt of public assistance. These submissions were due on January 11, 2011.
The applicant made no submissions as directed.
If the applicant does not make submissions as directed within 14 days of this Case Assessment Direction, the Application will be dismissed as abandoned.
3The applicant has not made submissions as directed.
4Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as abandoned.
