[1] The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended on July 23, 2009. The respondents filed a Response on October 19, 2009.

[2] Both parties agreed to attend mediation. The Tribunal issued a Notice of Mediation for March 29, 2011. The applicant failed to appear at the time and place scheduled for mediation.

[3] On March 29, 2011, the Registrar wrote to the applicant requiring her to advise the Tribunal of her intentions with respect to the Application. The applicant was further advised that if she did not respond by April 8, 2011, the Tribunal would deem the Application abandoned. The applicant has not responded to the Tribunal’s correspondence.

[4] In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.

[5] The Application is dismissed.
