DECISION

Indexed as: Schleifer v. Toronto (City)
APPEARANCES
Cheryl Schleifer, Applicant ) Clara Matheson and ) Dijana Simonovic, Counsel )
City of Toronto, John Janson and ) Sandra Cuff, Respondent ) Heather Crisp, Counsel
Canadian Union of Public Employees, ) Ryan Goldvine, Counsel Local 416, Intervenor )
Reasons for Decision
1The applicant filed an Application with the Tribunal under the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging breach of settlement of an earlier human rights complaint. These are my written reasons granting the applicant’s request to withdraw her breach of settlement Application.
2The hearing was scheduled for February 6, 2011. Prior to the hearing, applicant’s counsel advised that the applicant wished to withdraw the breach of settlement Application.
3At the hearing the respondents advised that they did not oppose the Request to withdraw. In the circumstances I ruled orally that leave to withdraw the breach of settlement Application was granted.
Dated at Toronto, this 14th day of April, 2011.
