2The applicant has filed a request to reactivate the Application and provided a copy of Arbitrator Barton’s Decision disposing of the applicant’s grievances. The respondents and the intervenor consent to the request to reactivate the Application.

3Given that the grievances are now concluded, the Application is accordingly reactivated.
