1This is an Application filed on August 31, 2009 under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended, (the "Code").
2The Tribunal is in receipt of correspondence from counsel for the respondents dated March 17, 2011. Counsel correctly draws the Tribunal's attention to its Interim Decision of December 24, 2009, in which it refuses the applicant's request to add the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and Elaine Stone as respondents: 2009 HRTO 2257.
3The Tribunal's directions of February 9 and March 10, 2011, in which it indicates that it will deal with the request to add these respondents is therefore revoked. The Tribunal will not deal further with the request to add the CPSO and Elaine Stone as respondents.
4The Tribunal is in receipt of the applicant's email correspondence of March 18, 2011 and will issue a further decision or direction on the matter shortly. It is unnecessary for any respondent to respond to the applicant's submission.
5I am not seized of this matter.
