1This is an Application made under s.53(5) of the Ontario Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the Code) dated March 16, 2009. The underlying complaint was filed with the Ontario Human Rights Commission (the “Commission”) on August 3, 2007.
2By Interim Decision dated February 22, 2011, (2011 HRTO 341), the applicant was directed, if she intended to proceed with this Application, to disclose all arguably relevant documents to the respondents including the material specifically referenced in the Tribunal’s correspondence dated July 23, 2009 and March 26, 2010 and deliver a witness list, summary of expected evidence, and copies of the documents upon which she intends to rely to the respondents and the Tribunal by no later than March 11, 2010.
