1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H. 19 as amended (the "Code") alleging discrimination in employment on the basis of disability.
2All parties have agreed to the withdrawal by the applicant of her Application in this matter as against the Union respondent Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 905. The style of cause is amended accordingly.
3I am not seized of this matter.
