1This is an Application filed September 8, 2008 under section 53(3) of Part VI of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code"). In Interim Decision 2008 HRTO 300, the processing of the Application was deferred at the request of the applicant.
2Subsequent to the Interim Decision there has been no communication from the applicant.
3On November 19, 2010, the Tribunal wrote to the applicant. The applicant was directed to advise the Tribunal within 30 days whether he wished to reactivate the Application failing which the Tribunal may dismiss the Application as abandoned.
4As of the date of this Decision there has been no communication from the applicant in over two years. The 30 day period set in the Tribunal's letter of November 19, 2010 has expired. It appears that the Application has been abandoned and on that basis is dismissed.
