1This Application was filed on November 17, 2010 under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, (the “Code”).

2On January 5, 2011, the Tribunal administratively issued a Notice of Intent to Dismiss indicating that the Application did not appear to identify any specific acts of discrimination by the respondent within the meaning of the Code. The Tribunal directed the applicant to file written submissions regarding the dismissal issue by February 4, 2011. The Tribunal advised the applicant that, should he fail to provide submissions by that date, the Application might be deemed abandoned.
