1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, on September 20, 2010, and the various respondents filed Responses during the month of November 2010.
2On December 14, 2010, the Registrar attempted to deliver the Responses to the applicant at the address provided in the Application. The documents were returned by Canada Post marked “return to sender – package unclaimed”.
3On January 11, 2011, the Registrar attempted to contact the applicant using the telephone number and email address provided by the applicant in the Application. The applicant’s telephone number was indicated as “not in service”. No response was received from the email correspondence.
4By email and postal correspondence dated January 26, 2011, the Registrar directed the applicant to advise the Tribunal of her new contact information. The applicant was further advised that if she did not respond by February 5, 2011, the Tribunal would deem the Application abandoned and the close its file. The applicant has not responded to the Tribunal’s correspondence.
5In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
6The Application is dismissed.
