1Following the Tribunal’s final decision in this matter, the applicant filed a Request for Reconsideration, stating that it was not his intention by withdrawing the Application to put an end to this matter, but to file a new Application against a franchisee of the respondent relating to the same incident. He states that he intends to bring the new Application on his own behalf and on behalf of a minor who was with him. He has also provided further details about particular circumstances affecting the minor, including serious disabilities that render the privacy of the minor particularly important in the circumstances. In light of this new information and the particular circumstances of this case, it is appropriate to substitute initials for the name of the applicant in this case to ensure that the minor is not identified in any further decisions on the new Application through a cross-reference.
2The applicant also seeks leave to file a new Application. There is no need for such leave; the applicant may do so. Any objections raised by the newly named respondent or other issues will be dealt with in the normal course, as will the application of Rule 3.11.1, which deals with the anonymization of names of minors and their next friends.

3Initials will be substituted for the name of the applicant in this decision, and in the previous decisions in this Application: 2011 HRTO 1946 and 2011 HRTO 2103.
