INTERIM decision
Adjudicator: Ena Chadha
Indexed as: Muldoon v. Ontario (Community Safety and Correctional Services)
1This Application was deferred by way of Interim Decision 2011 HRTO 735 pending the conclusion of the applicant’s grievances before the Public Service Grievance Board (“PSGB”).
2On November 23, 2011, the applicant filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings requesting that the Application be reactivated because the PSGB process has concluded. The applicant’s materials indicate that his grievances were recently dismissed.
3On November 23, 2011, the respondent wrote the Tribunal and advised that it does not oppose the applicant’s Request to reactivate the Application.
4In the circumstances, the Request to reactivate the Application is granted. The Respondent has 35 days from the date of this Interim Decision to file its Response to the Application.
5I am not seized of this matter.
