1This is an Application under Section 34 of the Human Rights Code. The hearing is scheduled for December 21, 2011. The Applicant has filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings seeking admission of polygraph evidence.
2There is no need for the Respondent to file a response.
3The Tribunal has not accepted the admissibility of polygraph evidence. See for example White v. 529204 Ontario, 2011 HRTO 1814 and Hyman v. Health Holdings Worldwide, 2010 HRTO 2448. The applicant in this case has provided no reason to depart from that practice.
4The requested Order is therefore refused.
