1The purpose of this Interim Decision is to consider the applicant’s request that the Tribunal reactivate the Application. The Application was deferred in Interim Decision 2010 HRTO 1865 because there was a related proceeding underway at the Ontario Labour Relations Board (OLRB).

2The applicant has filed a Request for Order During Proceedings, dated November 9, 2011. He advises that the application he filed at the OLRB has been withdrawn with the consent of the Board, and he has provided a copy of the Board’s consent order. The respondent has not responded to the applicant’s Request for Order During Proceedings.

3The Application was deferred because there was a related proceeding underway at the OLRB. That proceeding is no longer underway because the applicant has withdrawn his application to the OLRB. The Tribunal will accordingly reactivate the Application and continue to process it.
