1This is an Application alleging discrimination in employment contrary to the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”). On October 21, 2011, the respondent Anoo Pelletier filed a Request for Order During Proceeding seeking her removal as a party on the basis that the accusations against her do not fall under the Code. The applicant has filed a response consenting to the Request. The other parties have not responded and the time for doing so has elapsed.
2Having regard to the submissions made and the material filed the individual respondent Anoo Pelletier is removed as a party and the title of proceeding is amended accordingly.
3I am not seized of this matter.
