1The purpose of this Interim Decision is to order the organization respondent to produce the last known contact details of all staff in the organization.

2The organization respondent appeared for hearing dates on June 29 and 30, 2010 and January 26, 2011, but the individual respondent did not because he was ill during the first two dates and failed to receive notice of the third date because the organization respondent terminated his employment.

3The individual respondent then appeared on October 31 and November 1 and 2, 2011, but the organization respondent did not. The organization respondent may no longer be operating, but there was no definitive information to that effect before the Tribunal.

4The individual respondent informed the Tribunal that he has the respondents’ witness list, but, because the organization respondent terminated his employment, he does not have any contact details for the witnesses and other staff in the organization whom he intends to call as witnesses.

5Accordingly, the Tribunal makes the following order:

• The organization respondent, or its Board, shall immediately deliver to the individual respondent (Hutchinson) and file with the Tribunal the last known contact details (home address and telephone number, and personal e-mail) for all staff in the organization from January 1, 2007 to present.
