1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), on February 11, 2010.
2On September 27, 2011, the Tribunal issued a Registrar’s Letter requesting that the applicant advise the Tribunal and the respondents of her intention to proceed with the Application by October 11, 2011. The letter warned the applicant that a failure to respond in writing by October 11, 2011 would be deemed an abandonment of the Application.
3The applicant has not responded to the Registrar’s Letter and the time for doing so has now passed.
4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
5The Application is dismissed.
