[1] On consent of the parties, the Tribunal makes the following Order:
By December 5, 2011, Jose Pratas shall produce to counsel for the applicants all transcripts of preliminary hearings in the criminal matter, and all other arguably relevant documents not subject to privilege. This must include any relevant documents in Laura Joy’s file.
By December 15, 2011, the applicants shall deliver and file: (i) any Requests for Order During Proceedings relating to production, including complete submissions in support and (ii) complete and detailed witness statements for all witnesses they intend to call.
By January 10, 2011, the respondents shall file (i) a complete Response to any production request filed by the applicants, including all submissions and (ii) complete and detailed witness statements for all witnesses they intend to call.
At the hearing on the merits, evidence on the wage issues will be called before evidence on the sexual harassment issues. The respondents will call their evidence first on the wage issues and the applicants will call their evidence first on the sexual harassment issues.
