2On November 16, 2009, the Tribunal issued the following order:

Having regard to the request of the applicant and without objection from the respondent, this Application is adjourned. If no party requests that it proceed by November 16, 2010, the Application may be dismissed as abandoned.

3No has party sought to have the Application proceed. On August 5, 2011, the Tribunal wrote to the parties and requested that, by August 26, 2011, the applicant advise whether she wishes to proceed with the Application. The Tribunal indicated that if the applicant failed to advise of her intentions by this time, the Application might be dismissed as abandoned. The Tribunal's August 5, 2011 letter was sent to the applicant and to her counsel.

4Neither the applicant nor her counsel has responded to the Tribunal's August 5, 2011 letter.

5I find the Application has been abandoned. It is dismissed on that basis.
