Reasons for Decision
1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code"), on March 26, 2010.
2On June 15, 2011, the Tribunal issued an Interim Decision directing the applicant to file submissions within 14 days. On June 28, 2011, the applicant's representative requested a 3 week extension to file submissions, which was granted by the Tribunal on June 29, 2011.

4On August 11, 2011, the Tribunal sent a Registrar's letter to the Applicant, at the address provided by applicant's representative, requesting that the applicant advise in writing whether he intended to proceed with this Application. The letter further required the applicant to file submissions in accordance with the June 15, 2011 Interim Decision.
