1This is an Application filed on November 25, 2010 under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended (the “Code”). Mediation did not result in a settlement of the Application and the Tribunal will therefore schedule a hearing.
2The respondents filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings seeking removal of the personal respondent from the proceedings. The applicant consents to the order sought.
3Based on the material before me, I direct the personal respondent be removed as a party. The style of cause is amended accordingly.
