1On September 13, 2011, the Tribunal granted the parties’ request, on consent, that Application 2010-06804-I, filed on September 8, 2010, under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), be withdrawn (2011 HRTO 1684).

2The parties also seek, on consent, to proceed with Application 2010-07657-I, which is presently deferred.

3The request to proceed with Application 2010-07657-I is granted. The respondent is directed to file a full Response within 35 days of the date of this Interim Decision. The applicant may then file a Reply in accordance with the Rules.
