1This Application was deferred pending the conclusion of criminal proceedings against the respondent Helder Cabral: 2011 HRTO 425. The applicant advises those proceedings are concluded and asks to reactivate the Application. The respondents took the position that the matter should be reactivated upon the provision of proof that the criminal proceedings were concluded. The applicant has now provided such proof.

2On consent, this Application is reactivated. The Application will be placed in the queue to be scheduled for hearing.
