1In a previous Interim Decision in these matters, 2010 HRTO 851, I set out a schedule for summary hearings to be held by conference calls. The applicant has requested an adjournment of some of these hearings and has stated that he is not available on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. for the hearing in File 2010-06409-I and Wednesday, July 20, 2011 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. for the hearing in File 2010-07253-I. The respondents oppose the request.

2Having regard to the material before me, I grant the adjournment. The other matters will proceed as scheduled and the remaining directions in the Interim Decision of May 2, 2011 remain in effect. The parties will be canvassed for alternative dates for Files 2010-06409-I and 2010-07253-I.
