1By notice dated February 2, 2011, the Tribunal advised the parties of a hearing date of June 1, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. for this application.

2On the hearing date, the corporate respondent and the two personal respondents attended, but the Applicant did not. I delayed the start of the hearing by half an hour in case the Applicant was late.

3The Tribunal has received no communication from the Applicant that might explain his absence. Further, the Tribunal has previously had difficulty contacting him. In an earlier decision denying a request for an adjournment by one of the respondents, the Tribunal asked the applicant to update his contact information, but he has not done so.

4In the circumstances, the application is deemed abandoned and is hereby dismissed.
