1This Application was filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended.
2In correspondence with the Tribunal the applicant appeared to indicate a desire to withdraw his Application. In response the applicant was instructed on more than one occasion to file a Request to Withdraw (Form 9) and advised that, if he failed to do so, the Tribunal may consider the Application abandoned.
3The applicant responded by letter dated April 24, 2010 in which he states, among other things, "(s)o please keep your wild animals of abuse, human rights and lawlessness out of my life, that included the court of Human abuse".
4In the circumstances the Tribunal grants leave to withdraw the Application pursuant to Rule 10 of the Tribunal's Rules of Procedure.
