1This is an Application filed June 29, 2009 under section 53(5) of Part VI of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, (the “Code”).

2On consent of all of the parties, the Application is withdrawn as against the personal respondents and the style of cause amended accordingly. The parties need not file their submissions on this issue as set out in the Tribunal’s letter of March 26, 2010. The parties are directed to otherwise follow the timetable for disclosure and other requirements unless directed otherwise.
