2On consent of the parties, this Application is deferred pending a civil proceeding involving the same parties.
3Any party wishing to proceed further with this Application should make a request to proceed under Rule 16.4 in writing to the Registrar-Transition no later than sixty (60) days after the conclusion of the other proceeding in accordance with Rule 16.5.
