1This Application was filed on June 29, 2009 under section 53(5) of Part VI of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”). This Interim Decision deals with the applicant’s Request for Order During Proceedings seeking particulars and production. The hearing is scheduled to proceed on May 13, 2010.
Particulars and Production
2The applicant seeks further particulars of the respondents’ Response. In their Response to a Request for an Order, the respondents have provided most of the requested particulars. With respect to the start and end date of various programs run by the respondents, the respondents assert that this information is so marginally relevant and difficult to produce that it ought not be subject to an order of production. At this stage, I am not satisfied of the arguable relevance of the start and end dates of the programs requested. The Tribunal will therefore not make a further order in this respect. Any further disputes regarding the sufficiency of the particulars should be addressed to the adjudicator at the hearing.
