1This is an Application relating to the Special Diet Allowance, filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended. This Application was inadvertently not included in the list of files Tribunal’s Interim Decision in the other s. 34 special diet Applications, Lawson v. Ontario (Community and Social Services), 2010 HRTO 361.

2The applicant’s counsel, Cindy Cameron, also represented one of the other s. 34 applicants. Ms. Cameron was sent a copy of the Tribunal’s decision and the Notice of the Case Conference held on April 13, 2010. Accordingly, there appears to be no issue regarding notice.

3This Interim Decision confirms that this Application will be treated in the same manner as the other s. 34 Applications referred to in the Lawson decision.
