1This is an Application received by the Tribunal on May 26, 2009 under section 53(5) of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, (the “Code”).
2By letter dated July 16, 2009 the Tribunal acknowledged receipt of an incomplete Application. The applicant was given 21 days to perfect his Application failing which he was advised the Application may be dismissed. The applicant did not respond to this letter.
3By letter dated March 9, 2010 the Tribunal advised the applicant that his Application remained incomplete and asked if he wished to make oral submissions on whether the Application should be dismissed. The Tribunal further advised that if the applicant did not communicate with the Tribunal within 10 days of the date of the letter the Application would be dismissed.
4The applicant has made no contact with the Tribunal. The letters to the applicant have not been returned to the Tribunal and there is no indication they were not received by the applicant.
5The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
