1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), on March 26, 2009, and the respondents filed a Response on May 14, 2009. The applicant has not provided the Tribunal with available dates for a rescheduled hearing, as requested by the Tribunal.
2By correspondence dated March 30, 2010, the Tribunal advised the applicant that if she did not advise the Tribunal of her intentions by April 12, 2010, the Tribunal would deem the Application abandoned and close the file. The applicant has not responded to the Tribunal’s correspondence.
3In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
4The Application is dismissed.
