1Pursuant to s. 45.9 (2) of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, and the joint request of the parties, the Tribunal makes the following final Order in this Application.
- Until there is a material change in her family status obligations, Wal-Mart Canada Corp. will schedule the applicant for work subject to the following conditions:
a) C.D. will not be scheduled for work on weekends.
b) C.D. will not be scheduled for work prior to 8:30 AM.
c) C.D. will not be scheduled for work after 5:00 PM.
d) C.D. will not be scheduled for work on Friday afternoons, and until the current short-term situation is resolved, on Friday mornings.
e) C.D. may be scheduled for a ½ hour lunch break.
- C.D. will advise Wal-Mart of any material change in her family status obligations.
2The Tribunal’s file shall be closed.
